Frequently asked questions

How do steps sync? On iPhone and Apple Watch, Step Season reads your daily step count from Apple Health and uploads it automatically in the background. On Android, the companion app reads from Health Connect and syncs every hour — open the app any time to sync immediately.

How do I join a League? Ask its Commissioner for their invite code, then use Join a League in the app or on the web and enter it.

How do I delete my account? On iPhone: You → Delete account. On the web: Settings → Delete account. Deletion is immediate and permanent — see our Privacy Policy for exactly what is removed.

Does Step Season work on Android and the web? Yes. See the Android app page to install the companion app, or use stepseason.vercel.app in any browser — Standings live there for every platform.
